Alright, this is my first post, if that wasn't already apparent. The reason for the name of my blog is because, frankly, in my year or so of playing EVE, I have mostly just done carebearing and not much else. For those that might not know, carebearing is the act of doing PVE missions.
Recently, I cut my teeth on PVP after my Noctis got murdered in losec by a Loki. I saved my pod, undocked my pre-set-up (never before used) PVP Tengu, set a trap and used myself as bait at an asteroid field. It wasn't very eventful, except for the back-up Tengu that arrived for the Loki. There were no explosions or pods made visable, no minmatar ship production, just a quick fire fight, and then me running away because I managed to burn out my missile launchers, which is generally not good for a Tengu.
It was exhilerating, and one hell of a rush. The most fun I've ever had in EVE, honestly. Then, to underline how much fun I had, I promptly went back to PVE to grind for isk and buy a new Noctis that I still have yet to pick up.
Anywho, at the moment, I'm not sure what I will do with this blog, but hopefully it will drive me to be a bit less of a nobody.
